How to order
Anybody can help me? I decided to buy CEAW (digital download) after reading some reviews. Due to good dollar vs euro course I have an advantage, although I'll pay more then a normally would have paid. So I enter all my info, my credit card info and when submitting it just gives an error: "We are unable to process your order. Please verify your information and try again." I've checked my info like 10 times, retyped it completely a few times, all fields with a * are filled in correct and still it keeps refusing to accept my order. So anybody can help? I'd rather buy it from Slitherine than from matrixgames (haven't tried there system yet). My credit card is a Mastercard so it's supported.

This used to happen to me also. I discovered it was just the system being ridiculously picky. My card is in my full name, Christopher W. XXXXXX. I was filling out the info online as simply Chris XXXXXX, and it was rejecting it as a mismatch.aspharanx wrote:Anybody can help me? Double-check that you are entering the info *exactly* as it appears on the card, would be my suggestion.
If that doesn't help, I'm sure the lads at Slitherine will have you an official answer bright & early Monday morning
Since I don't have any middle names it's just my first name and my last name, I already switched the names but still didn't accept. But I found a sollution. I was able to download a Slitherine version from a website, of course when you run it it gives an error that there's no cd-key but that also had a buy button, via that system I was able to register that version so that I can play. It's strange that that system does approve my order, while the website from Slitherine doesn't. Since I'd rather downloaded it from Slitherine then from a strange website...
