On the bright side, at least none of your leaders exploded.

Hi Ian,

Good to have you aboard! Select two army lists from Decline and Fall and post them here, then we can get you up and running.

Cheers.

Thanks Ian.

I think it will be easiest if you join when we get to Summer - just waiting on a few battle results then we'll be good to go!

Cheers.

Hi - I lost a Troop commander - but only because the enemy tricked him into taking his helmet off for a beer drinking contest... I also had an eye-see.

Well he should have put it back on after the drinking, then when he fell off his horse he wouldn't have busted his head. The message to everyone out there "Don't drink and Ride"

We beat Turk's Hamdanids.
46/43 vs 41/44
The Hams lost their camp - they may have lost a TroopC - Turk?

I took the field, Turk stayed at home.

batesmotel (Nikephorian Byzantine-early) 28/38
macsen (Early Bulgarian) 51/45

Byzantines lost their camp and an FC. Bulgarians lost their IC. Thanks for the game.

Agreed - esp. your cavalry throwing my uphill Superior MF units from the woods!

Yes the ever unreliable Lancers who charge at rabbits for sport in the middle of a battle  I dont know if i will ever get used to these Lancer armies as much as you plan what you want them to do they often do their own thing :?
