Limits of the map?

I wonder, what are the limits of the map in the East, in Russia and the Middle East? Are they the same as in CEAW?

It goes a bit deeper into arabia, but other than that its largely the same map.

BTW I imagine there will be events for other national revolts that happened during the war, right?
