DLC bundle.
I was wondering if you had plans for a DLC bundle at a tempting price.
Re: DLC bundle.
No plans to bundle the DLC`s at this point, they are already cheap enough at 4.99 USD each, going lower is just economically not possible.

Thank you for the reply.
Re: DLC bundle.
What about the boxed versions? A box for each DLC takes a lot of space. It would be nice to have all DLCs in a box with 1 or 2 DVDs when all will be done.
Re: DLC bundle.
That is probably something we could look at, once we have all planned DLC finished and done, for now we still have a few to cover and produce.

Re: DLC bundle.
Do you know over the past year I must have spent £200+ on games, and I have to tell you that out of all of those games, Panzer corps is by far the best purchase I have made.
I will most definitely be buying the DLC that goes along with the game.

There's some fierce fighting to be had in the DLC campaigns, you won't regret itDo you know over the past year I must have spent £200+ on games, and I have to tell you that out of all of those games, Panzer corps is by far the best purchase I have made.

Re: DLC bundle.
I truly agree. I have not spend this much time with a game since Civilization III and IV ... And I have a pretty busy life - but just looking forward to the 1-2-3 hours I can spend every other night playing this great game.Muddy wrote:Do you know over the past year I must have spent £200+ on games, and I have to tell you that out of all of those games, Panzer corps is by far the best purchase I have made.

I think you did a fantastic job - and extremely cool with the DLC's! Keep 'em coming, I say! And I think the pricing is fair!
As for boxing the content or not ... Does not matter to me to download a few hundred mb's each time, however packing them together would be nice.
And it would be could if you could announce release dates for DLC's like you did back in October-November etc.
Re: DLC bundle.
We tried to keep up a schedule of one DLC every month since `39, so far this schedule was respected. For `44 and `45 East, you can expect the same around the end of April and end of May, without pinpointing an exact day every month. This is the best we can give you.And it would be could if you could announce release dates for DLC's like you did back in October-November etc.
Our main programmer took a well deserved break, he is back now and we still have some bigger expansions in the pipeline, we hope to announce something within the next 2 months. We originally had them planned sooner, it was a private matter and necessary to re-schedule, so we just postponed the bigger expansion, we are catching up again though... The Panzer Corps series is very much alive & kicking!

Re: DLC bundle.
I have thought of an idea which could be very cool:
Right now, we move through the DLC's in a very structured order and we cannot "win" at certain points.
When all DLC's (1939-1945) are done, it would be awesome to get a new "mix" of them for a grand campaign. For example, the opportunity to actually beat the Russians by reusing DLC-content and adding a few more scenarios for the taking of Moscow. And if you accomplish this, then an invasion of England is possible (extra scenarios for Operation Sea Lion). And adding an invasion of USA and maybe the war in North Africa (PLEASE!).
What I mean is, that you could reuse many of the existing scenarios from DLC's, add some more and end up with a lot of different campaign paths where you sometimes skip a lot of scenarios because you have won decisively. And by the end of the campaign, you have gone through say 50-70 scenarios. That could be the greatest World War II turnbased strategy game of all time, I dare say!
And I hope you will consider allowing the user to choose the Allied perspective and dedicate campaign paths to this end.
