can't locate the control to change password!
I apologize, but I've been thrashing around in the Control Panel and can't locate this field. Is this the right place?
Re: can't locate the control to change password!
You can change your password in your 'my page' section: click in the slitherine upper left logo here, log into the main website, click the 'My Page' button that will appear in home page.
In this page you can manage your game serials, your account information and the PBEM/newsletter notifications.
To change your password, just click on 'Edit Info'.

Re: can't locate the control to change password!
When I try to enter the My Page all I get is a pale green blank background with the NEWS / RANKINGS and TOP SELLERS down the left hand side. The system forced me to reset my password and then allocated me a random string of text but now I cannot change it to anything that I'm likely to remember. ANy help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, are you trying to log into the website with this account or another one?
Re: can't locate the control to change password!
I am using the account I used to write this email. It's the same one I use for multiplayer etc.

Ok, I've just sent you an email
Re: can't locate the control to change password!
I noticed that trying to log in with the username in lower case rather than in uppercase (citizen6 - Citizen6, in your case) gives different results. It's an issue we are going to fix.

I've tried following these instructions. I can log in but cannot anywhere find a "My Page" option. Where should this appear?
Update: Okay, so My Page appears as a new option under Login AFTER successfully logging.
There appears to be no feedback on whether login to the main site is successful or not, other than the appearance of the My Page option under the Login Menu. This resulted in me failing to log in, and not realize it, multiple times.
