Poll: Turn of Siberian reserves

Current rule:
SIBERIAN_RESERVE_SPAWN_TURN 41 /* November 9th 1941 */

Proposal 2:
SIBERIAN_RESERVE_SPAWN_TURN 40 /* October 20th 1941 */

Remember that the units arrive at the end of this turn in Syktyvkar and Nizhniy tagil in Siberia. Then these units have to be railed the turn after. The rail cost means you get half of the units each turn. So even if we move forward the siberian reserves one turn they can't engage German units until December.

Sorry for my last post ( which I just deleted ) . I misunderstood the siberian troops will release in 1940 . After I found my mistake I delete my post . but I can not change my vote . I should vote yes for the change !

Morris, it wasn't 1940; but turn 40 (10/20/41) versus turn 41 (11/9/41).
