Simple & complex moves: phrasing

Post by foxgom »

Hi

sorry, I suspect that this not the correct place for this comment, but I cannot get into any of the other pages.

I noticed this potential "bug" during the translation into German.

S & C Moves, last line "turn 180 deg, move..... and turn again"
The "and turn again"should read "and turn 180 degrees again".

If left as it is, some smartiepants will want to make the second turn 90 degrees.

Thanks. How about:
Turn 180 deg, move <=3 MUs in a SIMPLE advance and turn back again

Still ambiguous; it doesn't say how far back. How about..

"...and turn back to original facing"

or

"and return to original facing at start of turn"

I cannot suggest strongly enough that you folks employ the services of a good proofreader, by which I mean someone who has done it for a living.
