Old Turn Reappears?

I played a turn against Gortwillsaveus yesterday, Wed am (GMT+10) and sent it off. Today that same turn was waiting and I had to play it again.
At the time I was backing up some large files to my home server which uses my modem. There was no indication that the turn didn't go through nor was there any indication that the connection was broken as far as I remember.

I got the same thing today. An old turn from two turns ago returned. When I sent my last turn off my laptop was not doing anything else. This game is with Treetom. Also two games I started yesterday with Brummbar44 have just disappeared. They don't show up in my turn, his turn, or ended.

I was wondering what happened to our games Texassundown...server attack ate them. We'll have to try again once the dust has settled.

You can be sure we're doing everythign we can to prevent it happening again - this is top priority and we've had people up through the night and all day working on this. The team are exhausted. We think we've caught the guys that did it this time though....

Some good games so far Arminius,...I'm glad you asked this question on the forum.
I had the same thing happen a few weeks ago with another player,..and I began to think my opponent was replaying a turn purposely.
This goes to show that I need to reserve judgement until I have all the facts, and also remember that it's just a game.
