I think it's no Beta breach when I say that the towed 30 SA Nebelwerfer in the 1943 DLC has been very useful.

BUT I would indeed not buy it. Rather a Wurfrahmen or a 3-range towed Artillery. I still favor self-propelled Artillery though air, ground defense values and ammo capacity of towed artillery make them more and more favorable in late war years.

One thing I really like about the DLC's in you get a chance to come to appreciate more equipemnent by having time to use it and experiment with it. I would not have appreciated the Nbwlf in the standard campaign but as I said before, the 21cm Nbwlf has really proven itself, particulary in the Stalingrad scenarios. That said, really looking forward to using the Tigers throughout 1943.

I am glad to hear the we get a nebelwerfer as a bonus unit. I think the DLC really fell short in the number of captured sovier tanks we got. I would have preferred if they halved the number of captured tanks and instead given us unit types that do not always see a lot of use (ie self propelled flak, towed at, and of course I have always wanted a captured Panhard!).

I captured a Recon and a Self Propelled Arty in DLC '42.

Yeah me too. The self-propelled is really useful and has a spot in my CORE but I got rid of the recon unit (I just really have wanted a Panhard since Wassigney).
