MF offensive Spears on a stream

Hi, In two different battles I noticed that MF off sprs charging or being charged if they are on stream hex they do not get the off spear poa. Is that ok?

A stream should have no effect on the Spear POA. I believe streams are treated as clear terrain so mounted will get their POA vs MF if either is in a stream hex and the other in a clear one, and the lance POA will work. If you see the Spear POA explicitly not counted on a stream hex then you should report it in the Support forum. (Note that fragemented Spears and Pikes don't count a weapon POA in any terrain, so only a steady or disordered/disrupted MF should get the Spear POA.)
