1.7.1 Late Achaemenid Persian Guard Infantry

Image shows as LF supporting archers (one bow figure) while classified as MF support archers in game. True in both LAP and LAP(Darius) lists. In LAP(Bessos) list the Crescent Shield Spearmen(undrilled) image shows for the Elite Guards, while the HF with LF support shows for Superior Guards!

This is how they're classified in the TT list based ont he assumption that they are a Persian equivalent of hoplites but this doesn't work well under the FoG system when it's one rank of HF Offensive spear backed up with one rank of MF archers. I have a thread in the FoG TT forums arguing that they should be re-classified given the limited historical evidence available.viewtopic.php?f=73&t=19636
