Failed code 11

I have a major problem when trying to log onto multiplayer,it constantly comes up with Error Code 11 and indicates multiple serials.I had just downloaded Immortal Fire and after that it wouldnt let me into multiplayer.Can anybody help me out here? I have gone through the process of reinstalling Field of Glory but unfortunatly run out of Download access and will have to wait until Wednesday 21 Feb to redown load the army Lists.

I have fixed the problem I went into the files and deleted the new serial number for IF and put the old one in and hey presto!!!!The only problem is i bought a new IF thinking the old one couldnt be restored and this new serial number caused all the trouble. So hopefully this can be fixed if not so be it. All my old army installments reapeared as well so i am pleased they are all back and will leave it alone.

You'd never need to rebuy anything. Once bought you can download it as much as you like and reinstall. A purchase is for life!
