Question Regarding Pikes Heavy Chariots

Hi, Just a question.

Anyone knows why Pikes charging Heavy Charios equiped with Light Spears are +1POA against +2POA of the Cahriots? one of the POAS of the Chariots reads +1 No Other Net POAS, mounted with LS.

HF with Offensive Spears instead are 0 POA against +1POA of the Chariots.

so pike ATTACKING LS Heavy chariots:
pikes DONT get get the + POA when charging SHOCK MOUNTED , heavy chariots are shock troops
pike do get a + POA if both are in clear and pikes over 75% strength

The HCh get a + poa if recieveing a charge from spears or pikes
since this would net out to 0 advantage for either, the HCh (since they have lightspear) get a + POA
so HCh up a POA

The spears dont get a POA for charging mounted shock
the chariots DO get a + for recieving a charge from spears
so HCh up a poa yet again

basically same odds for either unit

now if the chariots are attacking those units, the pikes would fair better than the spears Pikes would be ++, spears + NET vs the HCh

Didnt realize that there even were light spear Heavy Chariots in the game but remebered the Early Kyrenians have them. Kinda of an odd unit since light spear is otherwise never associated with any shock troops except in this case... Plus other mounted light spear suggest javelin throwing and skirmishing which i dont see a 4 horse chariot doing. I wonder if its a list error?? Maybe someone whom owns Immortal fire TT book could check?
