Hi

i change my PC and i try to re-instal my fog game my new pc work with Window 7 and i get a message" your system is not compatible with 16 bit application contact the program manufacturer if a further version is available " or something like that

Help wath can i do

The game is built on 64 bit Windows 7 systems. I think the issue is you are trying to install manually e.g. into program files. Copying the installation from XP to Windows 7 will not work. You need to re-install on a Windows 7 system from scratch. Then it will work.
