Challenge Problem

Hello i wonder if someone can clarify about setting up a scenario challenge if my opponent cant see the challenge at his end. When you issue a scenario challenge and if my opponent doesnt have all the expansions/ books etc. Should he still be able to see my password protected challenge or not if he doesnt have that expansion to play that game? I was under the impression reading on this site that one can play any scenario even if you dont have all the books. But you only need the books if you create a DAG army. I would appreciate if someone can explain this so my opponent who is quite new to the game can see this message. I had set up the Attilla the Hun battle Chalons sur Marne its a paired password game but my opponent says he cant see it. hope for some answers or maybe one of us have done something else wrong thanks a lot.

I have seen posts of custom/scenario battles that I never downloaded. I have accepted such challenges and played the game.
