Polland full supply

I still remember that Polland troops were only have half supply . But at present RC9 , Polland become full supply in 1939 ?

There is no change to Poland in RC9. If you look at new games you will see that Poland has supply level 4 on the first Axis 1939 turn because supply was traced to Paris and Poland was neutral. Once Germany DOW's Poland then you can't trace supply to Paris because Germany is an enemy controlled territory and the Polish supply drops to level 3. This happens at the end of the Axis September 1 1939 turn. So at the start of the Polish turn you only have supply level 3 in Warsaw and can only repair 3 steps.
