Did not receive verification code by mail

I ordered ´39 campaign for Panzer Corps yesterday. I downloaded it just fine, but I was in a hurry,so I did not write down verification code from the download page.

I was expecting there would be an email with this information sent to me.

Sadly, it is 12 hours now and no e mail.

I tried to buy it twice more times to get the code, but I am not able to download it this time!

Everything stops on the page after I confirm payment by Pay pal. They wrote there that They need to verify something.

Curiously, I tried to download ´40 campaign and it worked fine, I just needed to keep verification code from download page, because there is no email with it again.

Is there any solution how can I get my code?

You should have gotten an email - have you checked your spam/junk folder in case it got filtered out?

Thank you, their response was swift and very polite and I have my code now.

But I still did not receive that old email with code.

And no, my spam folder is empty.

Yesterday I boutght ´40 campaign (wrote down code from download page this time). And I did not receive email with that code too.

Sorry you are having probelms. We are chasing this up with Plimus to find out why some mails are not getting through.
