How the hell do you keep them in supply?

I invaded norway and poof zero supply status.

keep a BB adjacent to them (or any hex you control) and you get supply :)

Any surface combat ship will do. In my experience, subs or transports do not work for this purpose, but YMMV.

yes thats correct - but since he mentioned norway, thats just the BB for germany
