Finnish port still usable even after they become neutral

Have you guys noticed in some of your games how the finnish ports are still usable by germans even after the finnish become neutral?

Happened to me in my game with Zechi.

I found the bug and fixed it. Thanks for reporting it.

The reason was that ports don't have a core owner and my code said that if the core owner of a Finnish controlled hex was not Finnish then the owner was transferred to the faction leader. This was done to ensure that e. g. Finnish gains in Russia would remain German.

I fixed the bug by only allowing this for land hexes. Then the ports weren't affected.
