I received the email to click on the URL link to download the game.
The file, BattleAcademy.dmg downloads.
When I click on the BattleAcademy.dmg file then to install, I get the following error:
The Following Disk images couldn't be opened
Image ------------------ Reason
BattleAcademy.dmg ---- not recognized
Any help on this matter on how to install this program would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hmmm. I know this is an odd question when dealing with Macs, but do you have any virus checkers running that might be blocking the DMG in some way?
If not, then can you send a copy of your email with a quick repeat of your issue to info@slitherine.co.uk so we can check the link is working correctly. We have not had any other reports of issues opening the DMG (I have Lion on my dev machine here) so it might be a broken link on the cloud server.
Cheers
Pip

Thank for that, although you should never post your order number in public. What I need you to do is send that information, together with a quick note as per your issue, by email to info@slitherine.co.uk - this way the appropriate person will be able to check out the link, but also we will have an email address to send back a fixed link if needed.
Can you also let me know here whether you have any antivirus or malware blocking software running on the Macs in question.
Hopefully we can get you up and running asap.
Cheers
Pip
