LH are light horse facing south
L1and LC are light are light horse facing north

LH decares a charge against LC which evades away the Lh wheels slighly to charge L1 declaring as now uncoverd can either stand or also evade is this uncovering or should haveboth been target of charge when declaration takes place

Also at start iof impact chapter and FAQ Dino. A BG does not need to be a target at the start but may be uncovered by others evading or breaking.

It also appears that the original charge would have had to be at a slight wheel anyway, and certainly would be able to wheel to include more bases which would result in the LF being charged.

Perhaps it's the diagram tho.

remember you can't wheel after your opponent has evaded unless to follow if they are not in the original path.
