Trouble logging into multiplayer

Hi, I'm having trouble getting into multiplayer and it keeps saying it can't read my information. This is the first time this has happened since my purchasing the game which was a long time ago. If you can help me with this matter it would be much appreciated because I love this game. Thank, Tom

Can you give the exact error message please. Is there an error code too?
