Holiday Sale price not showing up in cart

Trying to purchase Military History Commander Europe at War, Download. Holiday Sale lists price as $20.99 but when I get to the shopping cart it lists $29.99???

Sorry knknana, but the holiday sale ran from midnight EST at November 22nd until midnight January 8th.
It seems they forgot to update that page.
