Things I'd like to see in the game

Hi all:

These are two things I'd like to see in future patch, that I think would improve the game:

One: if I'm not wrong once an allied country has surrender partisans no longer appear, this imo is unrealistic, the french, polish, russians, yugoslavians... would have kept on fighting the german invaders.

Two: how is it that when Russia surrender so does winter effects, I conquered Russia sometime in '44 and next year no winter, well it has helped me redeploying ,my armies west but again unrealistic.

As I come with more ideas I will have them posted.

Indeed I think Russia was the only country to suffer significant partisan activity before conquest.
