Hopefully the slowdown is a liveable annoyance until then. Sorry for the inconvenience

Hey I was one of the people that have posted about my laptop overheating....It was just because I only was playing Battle Academy at the time that it was shutting down from running the game but really anything that required effort from my computer would have overheated it. What it turned out to be was dust. You might want to carefully open your laptop and dust it, i had dust in a spot I couldnt reach simply by blowing out the vents with compressed air. Id do that before you start modifying the FPS rate of games. Dust and laptops are a match made in hell unfortunately lolGrimnirsson wrote:I would like to know whether the new patch is addressing the laptop overheating problem...or should those who have this prob stay with the 1.6.1 beta thingy where we can manually lower the FPS? I am a bit confused about this now, especially since I think I would need the new stuff to later make the Sealion add on work...

the gun was mounted in a simple low open-topped armoured box with gun barrel to the rear, very much like the early Panzerjäger German self-propelled guns in general appearance. This kept the overall length of the Archer short. However, this meant that on firing the gun breech recoiled into the driver's space. The driver stayed in position though in case the vehicle needed to move quickly.

Why exactly can he not play the turn? It crashes? He doesn't see it? If he has any firewall software, we may need to re-authorise BA as the EXE will have changed and this flags as a potential issue on most firewalls, leading them to re-block the application.bwanabill wrote:I updated to build1.7.0 three days ago. My usual multiplayer opponent set up a game and I played the first turn but he has not been able to play his turn even though he recieved an email message alerting him to the fact that he had a turn to play. He confirmed to me that he also has Build 1.7.0.
I also noticed that the "Archer" TD vehicle always faces the wrong way. It thinks its rear end is its front.
