Anyone over on this side of the pond know why gamers who purchased Combat Command Matrix Edition, can't seem to get anyone to help us out or tell us why the withdrawal bug has not been addressed. Any help would be appreciated.

It feels as if Matrix hates us or something. Thanks for the help.

I wouldn't call this off topic, since the two companies have merged. We of the lost company of Combat Command Matrix Edition would just appreciate an answer to our question. Can or will the withdrawal bug be fixed?

I don't think we are requesting something out of line with what we have come to expect from these superlative wargaming companies.

Tim Coakley (developer) responded in the Combat Command Matrix Edition forum.

That is all we were asking for. I don't care if the game is fixed or not. Just keep us informed as to what is going on.
