It seems most people agree that we should not give Russia more oil per month. Managing oil is a requirement for all countries and not just Germany. But the low start oil of 100 seems a bit too low so it's suggested to be increased. Please vote for the new start number.

If USSR is Dowed in 1941 , keep it as 100
If USSR is dowed in 1942 ,increase to 400
