please, reset download link

I purchased Panzer Corps plus the 39 and 40 Grand Campaigns on 30.11.2011. Unfortunately, I had a PC crash 2 days ago, and since I had not yot made a backup of the install files, I cannot access the game. The download links at primus are not active anymore. Please, could you contact them in order to reset them.

Could you edit and erase your order ID from the post, for security and privacy reasons?
Please, send a mail instead, with your order details to info@slitherine.co.uk.
They will provide new links, and send them by mail.

yes, they are probably still out of office, that's what I have been thinking too, until I saw this thread at the matrixforum. Since the guy had the same problrm as I do, and his has apparently been resolved by slitherine, I thought you may better try and ask again

is this all sorted now? We tried to provide tech support in peoples spare time over the holidays but the office was shut so it was all on a volunteer basis from home. If not let us know and we'll investigate.
