TEAM AAR??
Any interest in a team game? Have 2-4 players on each side, coordinating ideas. Game file sent to all to see and plan from but one person does the actual turn to progress the game.
too bad each side can not be played by different people.
Really this would be a game done by game masters for each side.
One person being the game master for the allies would have to screen share his screen with the players that are playing on the same side.
Also the game master would be responsible for that team's AAR posting.
Would have a skype or webex where the turn can be seen and the units moved by the controlling faction player and then emailed to the opposing team.
I might do this if I am the western allies.
Also the same timezone would help. Schedules are tight.
Plus a lot of discussion before playing to see if the strategies used are compatible with the team members.

Team North America vs Team Europe?
One person would be in charge of turns and sends to all on the opposing side.
Team would have to toss emails or, as you suggest, skype. But just emails and ideas would probably work.
Team members could all chime in for the AAR comments (perhaps as command personalities??).

Sounds like a fun idea. I'd be interested in being a support team member!
