csv files question

hello im just curious on how to change files in here ive done them before with time of wrath for example where is it located to change longer game play and want to change build time.also how to make your units move alittle farther instead of 3 maybe 6 where can i change this also where are these things located.are they in senarios 39 for example then land units.thanks for any help mostly on the build time.also is there a way to unfreeze units in csv files if yes how thanks

one more question about fow i didnt have it clicked in preference but it still shows ? for units am i doing something wrong.

Hi gunhojr,

Most probably you are referring to the consts.csv file.

All the data included in there, is now located in consts.ini file. Also please take a note that most of the data can be overwritten for specific country.

thanks doom but i cant figure out how to unfreeze units so i can attack france early is there a way to change this i thought maybe giving them supply but they have it already.how soon will the editor be done

Surely there is a 'frozen' flag for each unit. probably '1' frozen, '0' not frozen.

gunhojr, the editor should be released next week

If you would like to unfreeze the units, go to the land_units.csv file and edit 19th column, labeled Freeze time (S in excel).
