I have tried some approachs in Lodz scene but always ended with a loss...
1-Go north and take Sieradz and then Lask...enemies come soon and must use lots of resources to defend and maintain this city.
2-Try to go NE through Zelow and then occupy Mazowiecki...always impossible,my units get burned in the end.
3-Go North to Kalisz and Turek, not a bad idea but soon appear powerful tanks from North...
I could even take 4 or 5 cities but seems rather difficult to meet a marginal victory, so any advice will be great.
thx a lot
Lodz strategy ?? (spoilers)

I would recommend not going north at all if you are having troubles. Save the 10th Army Panzers, and then just continue going along the path they were already on.
Red dots are the VHes, grey are your lines of movement. You can completely bypass all the perimeter forts and avoid the forces that are centered around Piatek far to the North.

Kerensky-
That plan is pretty much what I do in the South as well; however, I add a third very small battlegroup (usually no more than 1 Tank, 1 Infantry, and 1 Self-Propelled Artillery) to do an end around the Northern flank, like this:
(forgive me for using your map
)

After I grab Turek and Leczyse with this battlegroup, I usually send the tank to grab the city of Konin (which is undefended), shown by the green line, and then send it back by rail transport. The small Northern battlegroup usually meets up with the Main southern forces at Piatek, and can aid in it's capture.
If you grab all of the lightly defended cities to the North (not including Piatek), you've added 400 Prestige for very little effort.
I never, ever venture up to Kutno, though...it's a really bad neighborhood up there.

CapitanPiluso, are you trying to approach/scout Kutno, or to take Piatek ? Those actions will trigger an enormous counterattack of Polish forces, and neither is needed for even a DV.
In doubt : bypass the Lodz fortifications (you can flank from the north, the south, or even better, both), and only take the designated objective cities, not going any inch further north than absolutely needed. It should be ok.

Don't go to far north because there is a significant force waiting to be triggered.
Unite with the auxillaries in the south and attack the fortified city from the back.
Before attacking a city, stay off 2 hexes (outside the visibilty of the defending infantry) iot prevent its reinforcements.
I achieved Desisive Victory on Rommel.
