Minor bug with finnish fighter

I have just noticed that finnish fighter is also affected by bonus defence and surv in Finland core hexes (actually my soviet infantry got 0:1 roll when attacking this fighter - yes I lost 1 infantry step and inflicted no damage vs fighter).

I think this rule was supposed to apply only to ground units, no?

Wow ... those Finn's are tough. Even their air crews. :D

Seriously though, this doesn't seem right to me too.
