Hi,

I just got the message - User has one or more serial numbers (Code 11). I fear I bought Eternal Empire twice - I guess thinking that Decline and Fall was out.

While getting my $16 back would be nice, I mainly would like to be able to log on. What should I do?

I should add - "or getting a credit on the upcoming Decline and Fall release"
