Movement restrictions

This is the second time this has happened to me. I destroy an enemy BG, and I have a BG that did not take an action yet that cannot move into the hex that the destroyed BG was in. I have a screen cap of this (actually both occurances), but I was not sure how to insert it into this post.

It's been reported a number of times with screen shots.
