Is Slitherine's DRM method different from Matrix's?

Hey, I'm thinking about buying Panzer Corps. I'm already a registered customer at Matrix Games, who sell much of your games catalog. My question: Does the DRM at Matrix Games differ from the one directly at Slitherine Games? I'm asking because I can't use online activations (no Internet at my home PC), so I want to make sure it's possible to use the game when I buy it here instead of at Matrix Games. If you've got online activation I'll buy the game at Matrix Games.
If it works the same way as at Matrix (Personal Serial, no online activation) I'll get it here because it's a bit cheaper here.

We use the same installers and no DRM - Matrix merged with Slitherine last year so we are now one company

Thanks. I'll get it here. I like to buy games directly from the developers (although in this case it's an external developer, Lordz Games), so I'll get it here before 6th of December (when the sale runs out). I'm a big Panzer General fan (since PG 1), so naturally I'm pretty fond of Panzer Corps.
