Splitting and merging units

To split a unit, choose one and select
Split Unit button



a new window will pop up



there you can decide how much strength will be given to the new unit.

after that you can choose where the new unit will be deployed





To merge two units :
they must not be moved, must be understrength, must be same type and level
Choose a unit and select Merge units icon.



after that all units that is possible to merge with will be highlighted



After selecting the target unit it will be reinforced to full strength.

Are you asking is there a possibility to change two divisions into one corps?

oh i like this idea of splitting units i was playing the new game unity of command and they have that function its cool.but one quetion doom if you have 2 units next to each other 1 has 8 and the other has 1 can you lose your 1 to join the 8 to make 9 if i remember on some games in past you couldnt do that hope you understand what im asking thanks

That depends how much % this 8 is. If 8 means that the unit is for example at 50% strength, then yes, you can add that 1 to make it 9.

You can just upgrade any of those divisions into a corps.
