HI,

I got this neat email (attached below) from a company stating that SLitherine would not respond to my tech support request unless I clicked onto a link.

I am not going to click onto the link because that is the spammer's favourite way of getting access to my computer.

Can someone at Sllitherine please confirm that they haven't put in place this approach and also, if you haven't, someone is using your email system to get others' addresses to spam them. If this is the case you should take soime action.

My tech support query is that I have downloaded hte new CEAW but I haven't got my key from hte company yet to valdiate the game. Can someone help by having the key sent to me?

Yes this is our spam filter. We get aruond 1000 spam a day so had to start using a spam filter.

You do not need a key to make the game work it should auto inject everything. If this fails to work then please send your order info to us and we'll investigate.
