New entrench mod

a little mod that improves the graph of entrenchment symbol for small 2d counters : the 1,2,3,...8 entrench. level is displayed as number in a little black square at 100 and 50 level zoom (now, players have not to deduct the level with the color of a little point not very visible, as in basic game)
