No Barbarossa - Hitler transfers corps to Finland

It is July 12, 1941 - Morris has delayed Barbarossa. Message comes that Finland has joined the Axis and the next one that Hitler has transferred a Corps to Finland to support his attack on the USSR. Don't know if a unit was actually transferred or not.

Yes, I wonder if the appearance of the German corps in Finland can be delayed till the turn that the Germans actually declare war on the USSR.
