Toogle full screen option

Question for CEAW starff : plese, what is the exact utility of the toogle full screen option ? On or off turned, it is the same, nothing changes on my PC. Is this option disactived in GS 2.0 ? (I use the last version of game : CEAW Gold + GS 2.0 - bought the game 15/10/2011 by digital download)

And same question for the same option in the game luncher : with or without full screen selectionned option, it is exactly the same : nothing is different.
