Game ends?

Game ends?
I have try playing MP games with this other player and 3 times for no reason the game ends? I don't have this issue with anybody else and he said the same thing too.
We have tried 3 different maps and it's always the same thing.
The game says "Objectives Complete".
Any ideas?

Yes, different maps.
Yes, they are in the completed tab. I always find them in there. I do my turn and when it's his turn - I find them in my completed tab.
I don't think he is surrendering. Wouldn't the game say he surrendered?

Same problem just happened to us, Killing fields multiplayer game with 11 turns remaining VPs 3:4 and the game just set 100% and 'Objective Failed'. I presume a German win although we only played a couple of turns. Very disappointing putting effort into that game which was turning out to be a lot of fun.
This must be a bug .. I hope it's only this scenario.

I have an off-the-wall theory .... Richie mentioned some corrupt games earlier, that needed removal.
So, considering the scenario ends for one of two reasons ...
(1) Meets script objectives .... or
(2) No units on the map when turn starts (either side missing units).
Maybe a corrupted file generates this problem ....
Maybe the replay removed all the other players units .....
I like to think way outside the box .... sometimes beyond my own belief!
