Ability to switch between bomber classes

Many bomber types during ww2 were used both as strategic and tactical bombers ( B-25s for example were used to bomb Tokyo, and the Ju-88 was used as a dive bomber) so maybe some types should get the ability to switch between the different classes.

It's easily doable in the equipment file, but I think it would make the Strategic Bombers far to powerful (or render their "Tactical Mode" irrelevant)
There would be no reason to use original Tacticals, because the Strategic Bomber can fill both roles.

It might be possible to balance it with stats, but I think it will be quite difficult.

You'll be forced to reduce the offensive stats of the "Tactical Mode" Strategic Bombers, making them inferior to "Pure Tacticals".
And if you do that, then why would you ever use "Tactical Mode" instead of "Strategic Mode"?

True changes like these would require some heavy tweaking. Prices should have to go up for these planes too.I'm just throwing the idea for consideration for the moment.
