Updated Demo

Hi guys

we had to make a few minor changes. We found a bug in German where the objectives and scenario descriptions were being displayed in English on the scenario menu and a bug where the register button the game menu was avaialble when you do not have any serial to register. These are both fixed.

If anyone wants to have another quick look that woudl be great. We plan to release next week so this is the final version unless somethign is badly broken!
