Most of the categories of Thracian Peltasts listed as drilled.

The sub-limits on Agema(0-2) and Companions(2-3) and Greek/Thessalian cavalry have been lost and replaced by a 0-6 limits that for example allows 6 elite Agema.

Mercenary and allied hoplites should be limited to 0-3 although Iphikratean should still be 0-18.
