1.6.9 Maurikian Byzantine/Khazar allies

The Khazar horse archers should not be required to all be taken the same way. The number allowed is 2-11 so a mix should be allowed.
(I haven't checked other lists with Khazar allies to see if they have the same problem.)

If Khazar Nobles are horse archers, a mix of armoured and protected should be allowed.

The images for the drilled and undrilled versions of the Optimates are switched. Undrilled ahs the drilled image.
