KV-2 Balance

KV-2 is too weak now.

Should be 12 SA and 9 HA

What do others think?

I am enclined to agree. The few KV-2's i met, were much easier pushed aside than the KV-1's. Don't touch their ammo thou ;)
In the original PG they were a major pain, sofar in Panzer Corps they are not.
