Scots Covenant Errata (?)

Looking at the SC list for 1644 in England, does the restriction of:

only one more non-Lancer Horse bg than they have Lancer Horse bg's

still apply if the non-Lancer Horse bg's are from the English list?

It seems to me odd that if the Scots turn up at Marston Moor with the minimum Horse then the English will have to send some or all of their Horse back to Suffolk...

Adding the word "Scottish" before "non-Lancer Horse" in the 4th bp on page 70 would clear this up - in a way that would allow me to use lots of English Horse

It should indeed only apply to the Scottish horse.
