No DV in first scenario (Belgrade)

Although reaching all criterias for DV in Belgrade by turn 14, I got no DV. After turn 18, changing only the position of the two cavallery units in Belgrade city I got the marginal victory.

That's a bug, sorry!

For the moment, to get the major victory, only ONE officer must be escorted to Belgrade. Both there breaks the triggers.

I didn't catch it in the tests because I typically lose one every time. lol

My first try out I lost one too, at least its nice to know even the devs can't keep them both alive

I had the same problem and couldnt figure out why I was only getting a MV
