Bought both DLCs, but got error with Paypal/Plimus

and a as a consequence I have been charged $9.98 twice.
Could you please fix this?

The first transaction:
Nov 4, 2011 10:47:53 PDT
Transaction ID: 24J83075UP112113D
Did not give me any e-mail confirmation (serials for DLC packs)

While searching in the history log to find out if I had missed out on the serial information after payment I accidentally
started the payment again (arrrgghh)

The second transaction:
Nov 4, 2011 13:07:15 PDT
Transaction ID: 6SX84492J2876014S
This one "went through" and got me the serials via e-mail.

I do not know what the heck happened the first time, but I never got the confirmation e-mail.

So I ask of you kind Sirs, to repay me my money
