Invalid Serial Number - Applying NEW DLC Campaigns

Ok, I downloaded the 1.04 patch and applied it with no problems. I also purchased and downloaded both of the new DLC campaigns, but each time I attempt to install them, I get an error message that my serial number is invalid. I had obtained my serial number from the information stored on my account on the Matrix website and the serial number worked for the patch. Why won't it work with the campaigns? Please help?

Each campaign will require its own serial - are you using the correct serial for each campaign?

I bought both packs and each have a different serial. You also receive them in your e-mail.
For me both worked as a charm.

My download of the '39 campaign did the same thing. It said my serial number was invalid. I retried about a half dozen times, and finally it decided to take it. It downloaded the game and went through all the install screens, but now I cannot find the new campaign. It appears as though the old game was never upgraded. I wonder if the original problem of the rejected serial number is related to the current problem.
